Der Korsische Saxophonist Amadeus Chiodi studierte unter anderem am Konservatorium von Amsterdam und am Jazz-Institut-Berlin (Universität der Künste/Hans Eisler) Jazz Saxophon, mit Beifach Querflöte, Klavier und Komposition.

Seine musikalische Reichweite umfasst die Musikstilen Jazz, Swing, Soul, Pop, Blues und Funk. Er spielt Sopran- Tenor- und Alt Saxophon, Querflöte und Klavier.

Amadeus ist in der Berliner Swing Szene mit seiner Gipsy-Swing Band Chat Noir sehr aktiv, im Pop und Soul Bereich tretet er Europaweit auf.

Die Berliner Musikszene weiss die Virtuosität und den kraftvollen Saxophon Sound von Amadeus sehr zu schätzen.

The Corsican saxophone player Amadeus Chiodi studied at the "Conservatorium van Amsterdam" and at the "Jazz-Institut-Berlin" (University of the Arts "UdK/Hans Eisler") jazz saxophone, piano, flute and composition.

His musical range includes jazz, swing, pop, soul, blues and funk. He plays soprano, tenor and alto saxophone, flute and piano.

As a sideman he has been touring all over Germany and Europe with several Bands. The Berlin music scene appreciates Amadeus´ powerful tenor saxophone sound.

Amadeus currently lives in Berlin, where he plays regularly with his gipsy-swing band Chat Noir and the WEITERSAGEN SHOW.
